REPAIRING OF INSTRUENTS

UNI-TECH provide a comprehensive Repair and Calibration Service for most types of instruments. A repair can be a quick and cost effective option. Most repairs can be completed and returned to the customer within seven days, while priority repairs can be carried out within 24 hours. This can save on the long delivery times and frustration associated with buying a new replacement.

VARIOUS CALIBRATION

We will provide your firm with calibration and certification of physical test equipment. We perform calibration of Hydraulic Dial Pressure Gauges, Digital Pressure Gauges, Energy Meter & other Electrical Equipments, Pressure Transducers/ Transmitters, Gauges and Linear Measuring Instruments under NABL Scope. Our capabilities also include calibration of temperature control instrumentation for furnaces, ovens, water Baths , Balances and Scales etc.

ELECTRICAL CALIBRATION

We have very high accuracy reference standards for the electrical calibration. Uni-Tech provides onsite Calibration services for instrument transformers (CT/VT) and Energy Meter Calibration. Laboratory has full suite facilities right from 6.6kV voltage to EHV, 132kV and up to 2500 A to provide ISO/IEC 17025:2017(NABL) accredited calibration service. Ratio and phase errors of voltage and current transformers (as per IS 3156, IS 2705, IS 16227 series and IEC 61869 series) are measured using primary injection method. Electricity meters (as per IS 14697, IS 13779) Calibration using portable electronic meter systems.
